Well to be honest there are a lot of projects that claiming to help you with that and more, but to truly change your self you will need to do it long therm and most of ICO's fail really fast so you should look for something that is more long term and trust worthy and have a big vision that IS POSSIBLE. with that sayed I really advise you to look up lympo.io "What if you were able to earn tokens for a healthy lifestyle? What if research institutions, life insurances, fitness and wellness coaches, doctors were able to reward you for your healthy lifestyle achievements? What if you were able to receive further services to improve your health with the tokens you earned while walking, exercising, running, meditating, eating healthy food or getting enough sleep?" It looks like what you are searching for. You can read more about them here: https://medium.com/@lympo.io or join their telegram channel https://t.me/lympo

Damn, 5 cents for close to 4 mins worth of activity is certainly not worth it but does offer a minute incentive to workout. I suspect that if all this app requires is for some link to a heart rate monitor then you could probably have this thing going constantly while one is working, working out (even with weights), bicycling or any physical activity. Pretty good chunk of extra change come payday.

Well it works out to be much more think of it if BTC at $1400 again. Workout 3 to 4 times a week for 3 to 4 hours a session noting better than being rewarded for BTC while burning fat off. Shame its not a app that monitors everything and get paid for a lot more than a tread mill or what ever is on it. Need to download and test app to see what is what on it. Still for an app to pay in BTC for going gym is nice but no doubt full of ads.

ALso checked the devs thread devs missing for more than 6 months and only just now its being announced with app and posted in places little odd.

After spending about three minutes and 40 seconds running, Madad directed us to the app — displayed on Nicol’s iPhone — to see how much he’d made. In three minutes and 40 seconds, he’d amassed about 5 cents.

That's sweet. For 1 hour of cardio you could get $4.5. Too good to be true? Probably so:

Those measly 5 cents, of course, come from a stash of Bitcoin that Chaotic Moon Studios bought to test the Fitcoin app internally. The studio’s team had just three months to develop the concept — partially inspired by an episode of Black Mirror — and it’s still only being tested by members of the team.

Ultimately, Chad Derbyshire, director of marketing at Chaotic Moon Studios, hopes that Fitcoin will be used to form its own breed of cryptocurrency — a type of online money that has allowed for such offshoots as Coinye (formerly known as Coinye West) and Dogecoin. He imagines that individual companies could award dedicated athletes with their own digital money, based on their fitness achievements.

So they aim to create yet another altcoin? Meh

A Great Time to Start Something!
Speaking of alts, I wondered what the revenue model was to keep the BTC flowing:
They are prepping to launch an alt coin....LOL?

I hope the Fitcoin app doesn't get confused with the alt Fitcoin.
There is some discussion on that thread regarding this article.

This App Pays You in Bitcoin Based on the Intensity of Your Workout

If the 21st Century tabloid celebrity has taught us anything, it’s that having a hot body can pay off in big ways. Now, a tech studio has interpreted that modern day lesson quite literally, in the form of an app that rewards you with Bitcoin based on how hard you work on the treadmill.

cool, any inspiration to motivate people to be in continuious motion is a good thing.
