Absolutely great! This is what I've been waiting for! The first real opportunity to compete with M-Pesa and the like. What's even better: It's not a centralized service - any user fully controls his/her own funds.
Sounds almost to good to be true. Hopefully it's not vaporware and will be available in the foreseeable future.
