Obama was one of the first presidents that used social media so extensively during a election campaign. He obviously know the benefits from using technology to it's full potential.

I think "Dr Felten" will investigate ways to further increase the grip they have on technology. {People normally say, government employees have no clue about IT... but they have no need to have such extensive knowledge, if they can use your tax dollars to outsource it}  Wink

The best bet will be to get his opinion on crypto currencies and to strenghen good relations with him and his team. {Working against the current government would only bare bad fruit}

Sell the good side... and show them what the technology can do for them. {voting / smart contracts / cheaper money etc. etc.}
