When I see news about decentralised exchange, my question is always where do I deposit fiat? Because that is the most difficult part of the puzzle to solve. Coinffeine uses OKPay to handle fiat, and the software you download is the interface and the exchange. Nice step forward.

The news site talks about using payment system like PayPal. An exchange cannot use PayPal because they allow chargebacks.

This seems like a pretty nice idea, but regarding the news article... I think they won't be able to support PayPal, at least in near future.

As for the exchange itself, I'm pretty interested on how they work with OK Pay (never used this service) and how the deposits work... Do they basically serve as an escrow for deposits?
