I am surprised to see Europe has the highest volume, about 60% more than North America.

As all the large merchants which accept bitcoin are in the US, I would have thought North America would take the lead?

Could it be that merchants in the US do not use BitPay? I know Dell and Expedia use Coinbase, and Overstock uses BitPay.
