Well they have to adhere to the Taiwanese regulations..  Roll Eyes Bitcoin will not rescue anyone there, like they did in the Greece situation. The Taiwanese people have a good

banking system and you will find ATM's everywhere. They also have a very good internet infrastructure and good payment processors. Don't get your hopes up too much for

a new market to open up, when PayPal exit this market.  Roll Eyes

PayPal, one of the world’s leading online payment services, is making some very awkward decisions as of late. Ever since the payment processor separated from parent company eBay, PayPal has been announcing dubious changes. The latest of those changes focuses on Taiwan, where PayPal users will not be able to use a Taiwanese account to send funds to other Taiwanese Paypal users.
