if visa interesting to join at start up maybe in future we can use bitcoin to deposit at visa credit card Grin

I'm not sure if this is big news for Bitcoin. To be honest I doubt it.
If you read the article in Forbes Magazine about chain and their partners it is more like they are looking alternative Blockchains which will be used. Nothing decentralized or permissionless.
Howver it will give Bitcoin of course some attention. But stop to think that "Bitcoin related" means that Bitcoin will be included. This is just about "Blockchain". A Blockchain without Bitcoin.

True but there are already many bitcoin debit cards that are accepting bitcoins, due to their partnership with visa and Mastercard.
