This is on purpose by ABN-AMRO for a very good reason: apps that can add a layer over the displayed app (like f.lux) can steal your input.
It looks like you enter the data in the ABN-AMRO app, but in reality the data is copied into the hacker's app.

Whenever mobile banking was introduced, a lot of people automatically assumed this gave them a tad bit more financial freedom.
