How do they handle the 30-day money back guarantee when a payment was made in bitcoin?

Part of this success can be attributed to the company’s Buyer Protection program, which comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. Quite an unusual service for a website specializing in video games, but it makes the buyers more secure when buying a cd-key for their desired product.

Just checked their site. Seems the payments are not made directly to the seller but rather to the company who then pays out all funds received to the sellers after 30 days. So if you sell anything on this platform you will wait 30 days for your money to be paid out.
