They're talking about the price.
No, they're not. They didn't say "making the PiperWallet available through Purse Merchants for the exclusive price of US$169," they said "making the PiperWallet available exclusively through Purse Merchants for the price of US$169". The adverb "exclusively" modifies the adjective "available", making it mean it's not available anywhere else. (Part of the blame lies with Purse's copy editor, though Bitcoinist.net really ought to check their source before plagiarising it.)Maybe you're the one that needs some English class?

They're talking about the price. Its very common in retail for exclusive deals.

Creating a paper wallet is one of the most secure ways of securing and storing digital currency.
