Yet another article about how the halving reduces the supply and causes the price to rise. It is sad to see that misconception being repeated everywhere.

This article seems to acknowledge that the logic is flawed, and they have a reason to cover that - efficient market hypothesis does not apply to the bitcoin market.  Smiley

The flaw is in the premise. The halving does not cause a decrease in the supply.

Well, I wouldn't crucify for them.
They could have said lower supply of new bitcoins.
