There are plenty of apps that go unsupported that are still popular. Unless there's a change that makes the app not work and the app is still relevant without any major security flaws why get rid of it at this point in time. As regards to your website maybe keep the app on there, but make a disclaimer that it's no longer being supported?

Leave no FUD unchallenged
I had no idea the project was abandoned, but then I'm not an apple fan anyway, heh.  I do, however, need to update my website to reflect this.  As it's a lightweight client and follows the longest chain, it is right to say that users' coins are only at risk if there's a significant change to the protocol?

The Bitcoin ecosystem is filled with a multitude of wallet solutions, regardless of which type of device one prefers to use. Especially in the mobile department, there seems to be a lot of competition going on to bring over as many consumers as possible to the world of Bitcoin. However, not all of these solutions are viable options, even though they might still be listed in the App Store. Hive Wallet, a once popular Bitcoin wallet, has not been maintained for over a year now.
