good post, sorry to see Canadian CC exchanges dying like that, yeah, I always wondered why a biz in financial trouble would not seek to sell at fire sale value than for nothing at all. There is a lot of money, time, and energy that goes into starting a business of any kind, once you get to a point where you have a community base the company has value beyond the raw numbers.
