Is this a scam exit ? As I read a lot of threads complain about their delays in deposits and withdraws. Or it's just some maintenance and they will continue?

now https://www.cryptsy.com/ is onine again but Im not sure about next day he will continue to release "bitcoin withdraw Quickly" , i have tried trading at cryptsy in middle december 2015, and my withdraw pending more than 2days ,,, i think the withdraw problem can't fixed in the near future

Not really smart to try trading in the middle of all these problems.

I've got my coins out of there, but that was before the problems exploded. I've also read multiple people have been able to get small amounts out, but mainly in the form of altcoins such as doge.

I don't think crytpsy will survive, their trading volume will take such a big blow that will probably never fully recover if they can continue.

Cryptsy, the digital currency exchange that has been dogged by rumors of insolvency amid persistent issues related to user withdrawals, has said that it has suspended its trade engine.

"Trade engine and withdrawals paused while we investigate cause of lag. Your patience is appreciated. Thank you," a message on the main Cryptsy page read at press time.
