Does Vanuatu sell citizenship or something? I dig that they're taking bitcoins but I guess there isn't a single local who has any or has any reliable way of buying any.

Vanuatu is a beautiful Island and the majority of residents are extremely poor but extremely happy souls.
Unfortunately,as it is a tax haven,I feel that this is aimed at those with money to profit from, rather that the ordinary citizens

Lots of people all over the world are keeping a close eye on Bitcoin, and some of them are even making a strategic investment in the popular digital currency. When the world of agriculture and Bitcoin collide, interesting things are bound to happen sooner or later.
