Even if he sells and if we see temporary price drop (Let us say by 7% as that 1m btc is about 7% of the total btc that exists today) - it will definitely rebound in a couple of weeks. It is in deed good for economy as there is no more that 1m locked bitcoin that people dont know if and when it would come to market. Less variables to calculate the price.

He will never sell his all coins at once because he knows that even if he tries to sell his coins, bitcoin prices will fall down.He would sell in small quantity if he has to sell and such a small quantity wouldn't make any difference

Really doubt anybody would sell off unless he requires money. May sell some amount but not entire unless if they think downfall of bitcoin has started.
