Yep, but that is not spam. That is sending a message to everyone, "bigger blocks now, my way, my bip, my team, or else I will do it again".

I am not sure what you would call it if you send bitcoin to yourself over and over again automaticly in order to prove a point that bitcoin needs to "scale NOW"!!
