The debit card is Mastercard... Will it refuse bitcoin after few days like what happened with neteller? Or the ''bank'' will take the charge of converting the currencies?
It is not a bank. You do not have a bnak account there. It is more like an ewallet. Anyone is using them? Their Alexa rank is way under what should be if they claim they have .5 milion regs or something like that.
