lol how are they going to sell this "innovation" to the tax-cattle? "Efficiency gains" is the usual unqualified BS claim, and so the SMEs should be expecting a reduction in fees levied to operate their businesses is this new system. Can anyone guess what will actually happen to the fees banks will charge to use their private "blockchain"?

The Memorandum of Understanding signed by the financial institutions is aimed to help small and medium businesses by developing a post-trade infrastructure and creating “a new regulatory environment” in France.
