No the thing is over whatever the amount he stole. No much to argue: if he was clever enough to save some btc himself when he'll be out he could be rich. He should have been more thoughtful.

If he stole more money he would never say, he will save them for when he finished his sentence. they may need to follow him closely after he leaves the prison

The Silk Road Saga Continues, Shaun Bridges May Have Stolen More Bitcoins!
It has been over a year since the news about the involvement of two law enforcement agents from the US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and US Secret Service in the theft of bitcoin belonging to Silk Road hit the stands. Shaun Bridges, the convicted ex-Secret Service agent is again in the news for allegedly stealing $700,000 worth of bitcoin after he pled guilty the first time.
