What is, somewhat, common ground for every news related to embracing blockchain tech by banks - there is always blockchain, never bitcoin.
All they want to do is rip out blockchain tech and use it as advanced database, they can't understand that this system without whole mining infrastructure is useless.

News from Korea is that Korean bank KB Kookmin has partnered with U.S. based bitcoin startup Circle to promote blockchain related businesses and mobile certification.
