same things happened in play store few weeks ago and ofc before but this time even Apple failed to prevent it
users should be careful with which apps they use

Wow. Wasn't the entire rationale behind Apple's "App Store" model that they would carefully vet each and every App before it can be added to the Store? Their code auditing is either no good, or non-existent. I'd be concerned, if I were an Apple user.

According to the estimate of the Breadwallet developers, scams from the App Store posed as bitcoin wallets have cost users $20,000.
Apple has removed suspicious apps from the store.
