I actually like this concept. Especially when it is in Russia, but there you never know how long they will be operating as it depends on the daily mood of Russian politicians. I think Western Union should also incorporate this in their shops around the world. This will be a major thing if it happens, but I'm afraid they won't as it most likely will snoop from their fiat market share.

First physical bitcoin exchange office has been opened in Moscow by a team of bitcoin enthusiasts that serves 24/7 offline service for exchanging the digital currency.

According to ForkLog.com, the bitcoin exchange point is located at Novy Arbat. The founders of the offline bitcoin service previously worked through the online LocalBitcoins service under the name of BTC24pro (loosely translated).

The exchanger at present allows only ‘one-way’ exchange where the customers are allowed only to buy bitcoins and the exchange is carried out exclusively in private. If the project is successful, the team plans to officially register the offline exchange service to avoid hassles with law-enforcement authorities.

The 24-hour open exchange office allows customers to buy bitcoins for cash and cashless payments and offers a bonus of 4% from the BTC-e-exchanges during the day and 10% in the night (loosely translated).
