We will have to wait and see how things will turn out. I thought they were going to work on block chain when they said decentralized ledger...Whats the big difference between a block chain and a decentralized ledger (assuming it's a public decentralized ledger). This should open up new possibilities and achievements for the technology.

I feel sorry for South Africa, because Russia jumps from one extreme to the other, when it comes to Bitcoin. The one day it is banned and

the next day they turn 360 degrees and state the opposite. The technology they want to create, seems to be a private ledger, backed by

a decentralized network, not a public Blockchain.  Roll Eyes
