Poloniex is suspending accounts of all New Hampshire residents because of regulatory changes, but I can't find any mention of North Carolina residents. Maybe it's found a way to work with the new Money Transmitter Act of North Carolina, or maybe it will suspend accounts of all North Carolina residents soon.

Bitcoin and cryptocurrency are creating a whole set of new questions for financial regulators.
