what type of blockchain do you use if I may ask. Permissionless like bitcoin or closed/permissioned like Ripple?
How do you deal with security?
You mentioned smart contracts so it seems you are drawn to use a private ethereum like platform.
If that's not a secret it would be good to know.

It has been an incredible experience so far with the Dubai Future Accelerator - The support and desire to establish Dubai as a leader in, and as a hub for technology development, and to work with exciting startups is phenomenal.
Dubai has also recently announced their intentions to put the entire Dubai Government on Blockchain by 2020 (http://gulfnews.com/news/uae/government/dubai-launches-blockchain-strategy-to-become-paperless-by-2020-1.1907790), as part of their Smart City initiative. Loyyal, along with Consensys and BlockApps are here working with Dubai Holding (http://dubaiholding.com/en/).
The Accelerator (DFA) picked 31 companies that can help them towards their aims for the future, and we're all in a dedicated space working together for 3 months, and collaboration is encouraged - Loyyal is excited to be working with with an Augmented Reality company and Machine learning company - partnership announcements coming soon!
Loyyal also announced our Dubai Points App - The first destination tourism rewards program built on blockchain, using Loyyal's dedicated blockchain and smart contract tech! The program allows for storage and transfer of points on our blockchain, as well as targeting of consumers behaviors to encourage users to visit other areas of Dubai they might miss - Cultural and historical sites for example! At the unveiling of the App, we demo'd a user checking in at the Burj Khalifa (The world's tallest building), and as well as receiving a point, the crowd was able to see and augmented reality version of the tower on their phone, with fireworks (A gamification element of the App)!
