It's great that a lot companies and exchanges protect themselves against hackers and stuff, but they should even protect themselves much better against their own employees. This shows it once again. Nowadays the risk of theft from employees has become a bigger threat than from potential hackers.

A post from the company's blog, German-based Bitcoin ATM company Bitheus announced that they had been sabotaged by an employee over an extended period of time.
