In mid-November, the largest Russian bank - Alfa-Bank released a mobile app "Potok", which allows you to record an online interview at registration of a request for a loan.

If this means you must to record an online interview at any registration that's a bad thing because you lose your anonimity completely doing that. But if it is required only for request for a loan then maybe it is not so bad. Loans are among things one should avoid anyway.
