I have been a forum moderator on another similar kind of paid-to-post forum, and I can tell you, these forums are a pain to moderate.

The team of programmers, included Dr. Ittay Eyal and Emin Gün Sirer, a teacher at Cornell University, created a new proposal to scale Bitcoin network that involves the applying of a trusted execution environment in components of secure hardware.
