Help me with my problem please. Blocked 2 accounts on the Kraken exchange, mine and my relative. We sent FLOW tokens to our account for staking. After that, our accounts were blocked. Technical support does not answer me about the reason for blocking. This is already happening  4 months. I cannot get justice for what the exchange's attitude is. We are ready to provide information, but KYS does not need to provide technical support, they are simply blocked and do not want to understand the problem. FLOW tokens are staked, but no rewards are credited to them. What is going on?

Aside from this i wanna hear from them about multiple customers having their accounts cleared out.

Kraken's got an opportunity to go to the next level but there are some niggles i don't like the sound of.

We have received many reports lately of clients falling victim to phishing sites appearing in the ads, above the organic search results, of all of the major search engines.
Unfortunately, it seems to be easier to get an ad up than it is to have one taken down.  Our efforts at reporting the malignant ads have, so far, only resulted in temporary removal.  The matter is now in the hands of our legal team, who are seeking a more permanent cure..
