This is my personal opinion, Stingleword was in charge of this contest so he picked the winner:
I really like your video but the theme of this contest was 'Suspense'. Your video doesn't really fit that theme so I assume that is why you didn't win a prize (even though your video looks really good).

I'm glad I didn't lock this thread. Reading everyone's complaints was highly entertaining. The amount that I care about how people feel about my judging criteria and method is precisely equal to the amount of alt accounts I operate here on Bitcoin Talk:

It was a 150 minute process, watching and re-watching, disqualifying then re-qualifying videos, then going back and determining what would be the fairest way to judge them, applying it as fairly as possible, going back over my results to ensure they were coherent and actually representative of the videos. I adjusted nearly every videos' scores along the path. The whole time there were people in LuckyBit chat begging me to hurry up with the results. I did not evaluate video quality. I did not judge videos based on who submitted them. I went over each video based on its content alone, and the results I got are the results I got. It was hard work, and I feel that the results I arrived at were as fair as possible.
So if you don't like the decisions I made, too bad. Don't enter next time. This contest cost you precisely zero bitcoins to participate in, so if you didn't win you didn't lose anything and therefore you have nothing to complain about. No entry was ever entitled to a prize, so I don't know why people came in here (and elsewhere!) to act like they were cheated.
That said, I'm now locking this thread because I am fairly sure that is the end of the complaints and there is no more purpose to leaving it open. If you're looking for more ways to win from LuckyBit, start at the LuckyBit Community Hub.

If you read the rules carefully,quality of the video did not matter but creativity,entertainment,sticking to the theme did.You're just jealous and butthurt because you did not win.You're ignorant ,I found that out from your previous posts and
the logo making contests you take part in.If you did not win you start abusing the contest system,shows what a big sort of loser your're.
I'd make an attempt to post in all the new contests in the forum to avoid your entries as you can't play by the rules.

Yes, for me actually the second winner should won in first place. But you can see if he got penalties because his video didnt match with some criteria, so the final result hes on second place.

I did not imagine that I could win this competition. I knew about it since May but was not confident on making a video on Suspense as the genre. I submitted my video the last minute and made it the last day. Thanks a lot for choosing me as a winner. It's an honor for me.

Damn haha I actually won this! About the video time frame ,I could have easily cut off the 4 seconds but thought it would not matter as it has only the outro but rules are rules anyway ,hard luck! Before I announce the winners, I'd like to make a few comments.
Many of the submissions were very good. Some would make excellent promotional materials. All of you showed skills in one form or another, and even if you aren't mentioned here, congratulations on your submission because honestly, none of them were bad and it was really hard to decide.
However, some people didn't accurately follow the instructions. Specifically, I wrote:
About half of you interpreted this to mean "all of these things in the title and description" which was acceptable. About half of you interpreted this as "one of the first things and one of the second things in the title and/or description" which was much closer to what I wrote. A few of you did not do this at all. Additionally, one video was four seconds too long. Therefore, I had to make some considerations as to how to qualify each video.
At first, I was going to strictly enforce the rule as originally stated but this eliminated some quality submissions on a technicality. This seems inappropriate, but as I continued to widen this net I found that many of the entries infracted a rule in one technical way or another, and therefore decided to instead grade all the videos on a points system, with penalties for infractions. This worked well and enabled me to determine a clear winner and set of runners-up. No video ended up being disqualified, but the penalties did shake up the leader boards. The winner was, essentially, the best video that followed all the rules.
I rated each video according to the criteria I said I would: Creativity, Entertainment value, and Suspense. I recognize that 2 minutes is not a lot of time to build suspense, and some of you managed to score fairly well even with a zero on one of these categories. Each score got a 1-10, then the scores were averaged to determine final score, then adjusted with penalties.
Enough with the chit-chat, you guys want to know who won! Well, okay, but first a couple honorable mentions. Three submissions were not prize-worthy, but stood out on their own regard, and are worth note here.
BoXXoB - For slapping it together in 45 minutes, you did a bang-up job. Damn near won a prize.

In fact, it is remarkable in how unremarkable it is next to the others - it is a good submission, but it doesn't excel in any particular category. Ironically, this was the winning formula! The result was a video that was unique, fun to watch, and suspenseful enough to convey the experience without sacrificing anything along the way.

@Stinglewood : I tried my best to come up with something matching the theme but just could not think of anything that would mash up gambling and suspense ,I'm sure that's the reasons for participants not showing up.If you change a them mostly I will participate too!

The LuckyBit Fan Video contest will run from 00:00 UTC, May 7 through 23:59 UTC, June 10, 2016. All Bitcoin Talk accounts are eligible to enter this contest except for binaryFate, LuckyBitSupport, TheNewAnon135246, and myself (stingleword). Limit one entry per account. To enter, create a video between 30 and 120 seconds long that primarily features LuckyBit and upload it to YouTube. The content requirement for consideration is very loose; so long as LuckyBit is prominent in the video, the entry should be valid (see requirements). Post your contest entry as a reply in this thread and you will be acknowledged and entered in the contest! Your contest entry must contain a direct link to your video (only youtube.com or youtu.be URLs are acceptable!) and an optional short description of your video. Once I confirm your entry, your name will appear in this post! All entries must be received on or before June 10. Once the contest is over, all entries will be reviewed and winners will be selected!
The Prizes
I will select between two and five winners. One entry will be declared the "grand prize winner" and will receive 0.5BTC preloaded on one of our limited edition, custom LuckyBit silver wallets. The other "runner-up winners" will receive silver wallets preloaded with between 0.1BTC and 0.25BTC depending on how many entries and winners there are and relative quality. At least one runner-up will win 0.25BTC. Winners will be selected based on creativity, entertainment, and how closely the theme is followed.

Entries will be judged primarily on message and entertainment. It's OK if the quality isn't superb and we're not looking for a cinematic masterpiece, just show us why you love LuckyBit! There are lots of ways to go about this - be creative! Try using Camtasia if you don't know how to make a video. The Rules
The LuckyBit Fan Video contest will run from 00:00 UTC, May 7 through 23:59 UTC, June 10, 2016. All Bitcoin Talk accounts are eligible to enter this contest except for binaryFate, LuckyBitSupport, TheNewAnon135246, and myself (stingleword). Limit one entry per account. To enter, create a video between 30 and 120 seconds long that primarily features LuckyBit and upload it to YouTube. The content requirement for consideration is very loose; so long as LuckyBit is prominent in the video, the entry should be valid (see requirements). Post your contest entry as a reply in this thread and you will be acknowledged and entered in the contest! Your contest entry must contain a direct link to your video (only youtube.com or youtu.be URLs are acceptable!) and an optional short description of your video. Once I confirm your entry, your name will appear in this post! All entries must be received on or before June 10. Once the contest is over, all entries will be reviewed and winners will be selected!
The Prizes
I will select between two and five winners. One entry will be declared the "grand prize winner" and will receive 0.5BTC preloaded on one of our limited edition, custom LuckyBit silver wallets. The other "runner-up winners" will receive silver wallets preloaded with between 0.1BTC and 0.25BTC depending on how many entries and winners there are and relative quality. At least one runner-up will win 0.25BTC. Winners will be selected based on creativity, entertainment, and how closely the theme is followed.
The Requirements
Your video must:
★ Feature LuckyBit prominently throughout the video in some way (this is intentionally a wide net)
★ Be at least 30 seconds and no more than 120 seconds long
★ Contain "LuckyBit" or "luckyb.it", and "Bitcoin" and "Gambling" somewhere in the title and/or description
★ Be uploaded during the contest period
★ Be positive! Trolls don't win.
Your video must not:
★ Primarily appeal to children
★ Contain extreme profanity or nudity
★ Contain personal information, or document public information about a person or people
★ Violate the terms and conditions of YouTube

Entries will be judged primarily on message and entertainment. It's OK if the quality isn't superb and we're not looking for a cinematic masterpiece, just show us why you love LuckyBit!
