It's all BS what convention? when did the convention about protecting people in times of war do anything for real? how can you stop a country from attacking or retaliating against another? international laws are useless, tell me who could really stop US from invading Iraq or Afghanistan?
Was there any law to prevent ISIS from the start? yes but who could enforce it? US but did they?
Don't be fooled by these political agendas, bitcoin is free from all of them, people might be affected by the news but not the protocol.

totally agree
seeing the current trend #Russians did it , I think this will be another witch hunt and attempts to blame
the countries like China and Russia of the things they may have (or have not) done while turning a blind eye
to all the spying and digital warfare by the western powers
this can lead only to the cold war style escalation, nothing else

Who will "police" the countries that adhere to this "Digital Geneva Convention" and what will happen to these countries, if they do not abide by

the stipulations of this "Digital Geneva Convention" - We have seen several countries finding ways to escape prosecution based on technical

aspects of the laws of their own countries. Most of these actions are done by countries that would not sign a "Digital Geneva Convention"  Roll Eyes

Concerns about government-sponsored hackings, digital warfare, and an increasing number of malicious cyber attacks prompted tech giant Microsoft to call on governments for a Digital Geneva Convention.
