the problem with India and its financial system is the prevalence of the paper money
the population of India is > 1 bil people-the second largest on Earth,yet there is only a small percentage
that are using anything other than the paper money,even atms and banks are hard to come by in some provinces
bitcoin could be one of the solutions to get the people of India to start trusting electronic money more
and this conference could a huge milestone on the way to make bitcoin popular

Definitely, We all know for a fact that a lot of Indians are only into bitcoins. And hosting a Summit there will definitely raise awareness of bitcoins in the country. Maybe Indian government will implement Blockchain because there is really a lot of potential in this technology.
