The foundation is not wasting time; the people are realizing that there is hope.

Hope for what exactly? Bitcoin never has & never will need hope, it will carry on moving forward with or without NY & it's fiat slaves, as it has done since it's inception. People can either jump onboard & move forward or follow NY & get left behind. The "people" you refer to have made their choice - they packed up & moved out.

Bitcoiner ....

Why not read the report written by a Judge ?
http://www.article78againstnydfs.com/docs/PetixCase/2015-cr-00227/36-Report/document.pdf

Start at page 7, Are Bitcoins “Money” or “Funds” Under Section 1960?
The document is not binding because the lawyers withdrew the motion therefore the report became moot.

The foundation is not wasting time; the people are realizing that there is hope.
I am surprised by the fact that people sent thousand of useless letters to Lawsky when it did not matter much and doing nothing when it really matters.

It's reassuring to see the Bitcoin Foundation wasting yet more time & resources on pointless excersises again isn't it?

Really, what's the point? Let NY get left behind, their loss is Bitcoins gain.

The damage is already done.

ONE license was handed out.

The rest of the NY companies folded or relocated elsewhere. The "foundation" is kidding themselves if they think this is going to change anything. That ship has sailed.
