They didn't launch so far this exchange for Btc. I checked them website (which is huge btw) and I didn't find anything about Bitcoin.

You raise a good point. The beginning is what I always consider to be the "blind" period. It's exactly like that -- the rush to benefit from this exponential growth is the main priority of those behind exchanges and other services. Being on time in the game matters a lot as it will allow you to build up a rock solid reputation as years go by. Look right now how difficult it is to set up a successful exchange. Exchanges pop up like it's nothing, but at the same time, they shut down fairly soon as well. If you're too late, you'll have a lot catching up to do. If you have the finances to keep operating, then you'll last longer, but if you don't have much financial resources, you won't last long.

Probably to learn come very long and a side effect, this is when a big waste of time.

There is another option And this option is to more carefully select those projects with which you want to work thanks to your finances. And even if they are not enough, you still need to try and something can happen.
