Definitely not. Every industry where big money is involved in, will continue to be subject to a regular dose of drama and fud. In this case it's well justified for people to share their excitement regarding the lock in and soon the activation of SegWit, but things can still get messed up big time as a 2MB hard fork is part of the SegWit2X proposal. This basically means that we'll soon experience a massive boost due to the activation of SegWit, where we later might go through a heavy storm again, before the hard fork kicks in. That's why I prefer to keep my conservativeness overflowing till we FINALLY managed to complete the upgrade.
Agreed. Let not just celebrate. I still cautious of what is happening, definitely BIP91 is locked and just a few more blocks before Segwit wil be activated. Others say that the hard fork has been averted, and the price going to the moon. But I don't know what I still have the feeling that everything is not ok. The whole drama will be hit us again, that's what I believed and I don't know how the market will react to this.
It is really important that we be cautious as the whole drama may not yet be over as it is quite possible that some miners can be hiding some of their cards under their sleeves and they may strike just when we thought that it is already safe to dance and celebrate. Of course, we all wish that things will be fine on and after August 1 but nothing wrong with being prepared for the worst. Let's just hope that there will be no group of miners who will decide to rock the boat where they are sitting on.
