This is a good promotional story for Bitcoin and for the candidate he is adding a good story for his campaign which in this case really got the attention of the media. Certainly, this is Bitcoin in a good light as we are tired of news connecting the King of Cryptos to criminal activities and negative comments by people who are not really experts on cryptocurrency.
Would it mean that soon it can be a trend or rather fashionable for a politician running for office to be offering Bitcoin as one of the ways to accept donations? Well, we hope so as a good mention of the coin can mean a lot and can in fact introduce some people into cryptocurrency as more and more people would get curious what is this Bitcoin all about.
