Gary Shilling, a prominent and highly regarded Wall Street financial analyst, recently said in an interview that he doesn’t understand Bitcoin and do not intend to invest in “things that are not transparent.”
While his statement was factually inaccurate, as Bitcoin is the most transparent financial network in existence due to its decentralized blockchain network, it is optimistic to see investors acknowledge their lack of knowledge in Bitcoin, rather than simply calling out Bitcoin as a “bubble” or a “fraud,” as figures such as JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon did in the past.

That is not a very surprising statement coming from a man who is making his living in the traditional financial institutions. Anyway, what is clear is that he is not that interested with Bitcoin and we don't need him anywhere near any of us. People who are open-minded with cryptocurrency would be welcoming any innovation that can really change the way we do things and the way we are seeing the world.
While I respect his own attitude regarding Bitcoin, he is actually professing an ignorance here. Anybody who wants to have a better understanding with Bitcoin can do so with the help of Google and YouTube. We already have many resources that anyone can use to explore Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general.
Ignorance can sometimes be prevailing when the really problem is the attitude.
