That work by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella have to be approved by Bill Gates, then that sealed how the richest man alive in forbes magazine list look at Blockchain technology and bitcoin. That’s is more beyond what is the challenge made for but the message it bring to us at front. Then one of the great man is now backing up this technology, for he himself know that this is a technology that need to used mainstream and be recognized.

I have heard one of his interview before, about the good comments he made last few months. Bill gates and Blockchain technology is a great combination.

All these challengers miss one point - SWIFT is owned by a consortium of banks. banks will rather wait for SWIFT to adopt blockchain technology, rather than shift to a competitor. SWIFT is entrenched in the system.

Microsoft CEO Issues Blockchain Challenge to Interbank Messaging Service Swift

Technology firm Microsoft chief executive officer (CEO) Satya Nadella has issued a challenge to the interbank messaging service Swift to develop ‘useful’ applications of Blockchain technology.

Nadella issued the challenge during the last day of the three-day Sibos 2017 annual financial conference, which was hosted by Swift.

When asked onstage by Swift CEO Gottfried Leibbrandt on his opinion whether Blockchain technology lives up to its lofty reputation, Nadella said:

"There's real tangible progress that can be made. But, I think it's in your hands that it has to be converted into things that are very useful."
