Employees always have the option to convert a portion of it (or all of it) into fiat. I presume you have to do it at least to pay your bills. If some bills can be directly paid with Bitcoins, nothing like it. The extent to which you retain Bitcoins depends on your risk appetite.

I think this is insanely good and bad at the same time! Imagine ever getting paid with Bitcoins, and you will never know what to get when your salary day has come for its value may have greatly appreciated or depreciated. Good if it continually appreciates but what if it continually depreciates? I think there has to be an agreement as to basic pay incentives to ensure that the employees will get something at the end of each day. This mechanism, for all intents and purposes, is a gamble. I am hoping it will be for the best for both parties!
