There is indeed a need for better regulations of the cryptocurrency market but its regulations should not be use to stifle this newfound market. Regulations should be implemented so that the cryptocurrency market can be enhanced and must be free from scam artists. There are now some countries that have their regulatory framework in place for this burgeoning market and even the issuance of ICOs. We have to appreciate these countries and hope that soon we can see more following the same path: regulations in exchange for recognition and the right to do business. This market is still a baby and there are still so many things that can happen in its roller-coaster ride.
