That's right. Maybe followers of this guy will have influence, but as you already noticed, there are a lot of different opinions on the internet about crypto currencies and each of use decides himself to which one to trust and to which not.

Given his influence as an Internet celebrity, it soon got spread quickly among the social media. It has been viewed nearly a million times on a livestream platform, and reposted and commented for over a thousand times on Weibo (China’s twitter-like microblog).
