I live in Ukraine and we are televised through news that the website of the Ministry of Energy was actually hacked by hackers who later encrypted it and require 0.1 bitcoin or $ 900 for its decoding. Therefore, indeed, hackers require exactly 0.1 bitcoins, and not 10 bitcoins, because 900 dollars at the current rate is just about 0.1 bitcoin. so I guess they didn't pay 900$ and decided that they would recover it on their own
looks like it didn't work at all
what is most amusing is the ease with which the site was taken down for at least a couple of days
it is not Pentagon,of course,but the security there is lacking to put it mildly
