I'm pretty sure that it is 10% higher. Most traders in exchanges does not really pass the KYC because they want to stay anonymous so we can't be assume that most of them are men.

What is the reason we have very less female on trading?
I think the reason is not in cryptocurrencies but in traditions and stereotypes. Vast majority of stockbrokers are men as well. Just google "stockbroker" and click Images. There's one woman in first 30 photos.
