It is normal. I remember +20 years ago having compaq or IBM computers was an awesome things now they left their places to other ones.
For the exchanges many of it, especially the Chinese, were faking their traffic and trading volumes, many others were victims of hacks, so, at the end, it is normal to see such fast turn-over...

In the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency, 2016 feels like a lifetime ago.
