This is some kind of complete nonsense. Such things as are written here can not be in nature at all. This is not subject to serious discussion. Personal state platform. There is no state, but a constitution has already been registered. And how will the states, whose citizens want to join such a state education, look at this? Will people themselves go into this new state or will they arrange a referendum on their territory to withdraw from these countries where they live? And no state envisages in its constitution the possibility of holding such a referendum. That is, it will all be illegal. In this way, in this topic, people are actually raising up riots against their states. And who invented it? Again, who in the picture looks out of the Kremlin?

What is this - the "decentralized state of blockades"? Is it not a governed state, or what? This is a complete absurdity. Apparently, someone is trying to see how the society will react to the seizure of foreign territories by Russia under any far-fetched pretext. The bottom line is not what the pretext is, but generally see how they will treat the idea of Russia and further seize the territories of neighboring states. I think this will not pass in Putin.

Bitcoin lover!
This is purely some kind of provocation. Let first Russia adopt a loyal to the crypto-currency legislation. As far as I know, the situation in this respect is very bad there, both with the use of the crypto currency, and generally with the rights of citizens. If they are not going to introduce free use of crypto currency by citizens, what can be a union based on the crypto-currency. The article, both here and in exile, is intentionally written with general phrases. Nobody is the initiator of this association, nor where such association is registered, nothing concrete.
"The personal state platform." It generally sounds absurd, because this can not be. These words contradict each other. In general, some kind of rubbish.

A typical use-cases of blockchain technology: a government without territory, law enforcement, army and all the other things that make a government function. How will this government protect your rights? Spoiler: it won't, it's just another dumb project and most likely a scam that will be selling its worthless tokens to idiots. A few more years of garbage like this, and the words "blockchain technology" and "ICO" will become synonyms of the word "scam".

Even the head of the Savings Bank of Russia, Herman Gref, who is loyal to the crypto-currency, who previously stated that this bank will create its own crypto currency before the adoption of the relevant laws on crypto-alaen by the State Duma, now says that in Russia, a crypto currency is recognized as a special asset deprived of the legal status of a payment instrument. Crypto currency in Russia will be an outcast, the right to use it will have privileged categories of citizens, probably especially close to the emperor.
Under what ideas then are going to unite territorially in the "crypto-currency state"? The Emperor needs new slaves? Or someone launches a touchstone to see how the community will react to the new kind of Putin's hybrid war with neighboring states?

are you seriously discussing this?
none bothered to go and have a look at the site itself : http://personalstate.org/pages/make.html

"You can create your own personal state right now. It only takes a few minutes and $ 1.9 on your account. To proclaim a personal state, you need to take only a few actions...."

but I had a good laugh about clueless Russia haters who immediately put Putin into the picture
and started the usual undeclared wars, empire, putinputin
go create your own personal state, name it something catchy and point a Coinidol freelancer at it so he can earn a few bucks writing about it too  Grin

I'm also under the pre-text that there's some kind of political agenda from behind, but they are disguising for the sake of "decentralized blockchain". I speculate that Putin really wanted to stay at power for as long as he can and relieving the glory days of USSR. And even have the guts to picture this "decentralized blockchain state", to help the retirees. I really hope that this is just a joke though, otherwise, this article screams political agenda at the very least.

As in Russia they can make plans to create a state on the basis of unification under a single crypto currency, if it does not yet have any laws on crypto-alaota, and the introduced bills practically do not allow the existence of a crypto-currency. Putin set a deadline before July 1 for the adoption of bills on the crypto currency, but so far nothing is heard of. I think that if such laws are adopted, it is unlikely that ordinary citizens will have the right to free occupation by crypto-currency activities in Russia. Therefore, this article is most likely an inappropriate joke.

Such a state will not be. Let Putin not build his cunning plans to build his empire at the expense of foreign territories. Let firstly they themselves in Russia adopt good laws on crypto-currency, and then crypto-currency sites, social networks are closed, the opinion is expressed that the crypto currency can be used only by certain categories of persons and almost under a license, but here it was decided to create an oasis for the crypto-currency by joining foreign territories. It seems that lies in Russia become the basis of politics.

This, apparently, is the new plan for Putin's hybrid war, which wants to create its own empire. The intelligence services are promoting a new project of seizing territories under the guise of uniting with the general idea of crypto currency. In order to use the crypto currency in common, it is not necessary to unite territorially into one state.

It seems that Putin's new plan is how to restore the USSR already under the pretext of creating a single state with a single crypto currency? And who is the initiator of such a project to unite the lands of neighboring states? Again, "green men"? After all, it is not clear who and where registered such a strange project, Russia is not directly mentioned, but it clearly stands behind this, and the figure directly indicates it.
It seems that everything starts with a crypto currency, but in the article it is already a matter of pensions, the return of the USSR's deposits and everything goes smoothly into politics with a claim to the territories of neighboring states. As citizens can join territorially, if the constitutions of neighboring states do not allow it. Do not incite national hatred here. I believe that this topic should be removed altogether.

I consider this an unrealizable fantasy and delirium. And what does "personal state platform" mean? These words are diametrically opposed in their content. There is more in this new concept of politics than economics and relations to the crypto-currency, since there is a call for changing the boundaries of existing states.

Russia has little undeclared war with Ukraine, Georgia, now Moscow wants to create its own empire no longer under the blatant pretext of joining the Russian-speaking territories of neighboring sovereign states, but under the pretext of joining these same territories by uniting citizens into the state on the basis of recognition of the crypto currency?

So in Russia itself is quite hostile to the crypto currency and even introduced in the State Duma a bill to establish criminal liability for the use of crypto currency as a means of payment. Around what are you going to unite? Leave this stupid and dangerous venture.

The Crypto market has seen many uses for blockchain technology and has started to get bored with all of them. A brand-new concept of decentralized blockchain state brought excitement to the public. Soviet Land is built on ideas of Communism and imitates the foundations of the USSR.

The fintech project called Soviet Land was registered on the Personal State platform. It has a number of necessary state attributes, including own constitution, citizenship, and social security program. All people that lived within the USSR borders and their direct successors can join the initiative.
