This is not something new, and I believe that the average person can do that - but it is not in any case unforgettable, human brain is not perfect. Actually, you need to create a story and use seed words in that story, then learn that story word by word. In case you have an accident that has caused memory loss this method is far from safe storage.

Much better method would be to write down some short story/maybe song and use your seed words, then try to remember those words. This would be backup of memory palace, and some song/story on a piece of paper probably will not attract attention of family member or housebreaker. Backup of backup is always wise decision, and in case of cryptocurrency I think that the extra security certainly makes sense.

A 12 or 24-word recovery seed is the key to your cryptocurrency wallet. That’s why, upon creating it, you’re prompted to write it down and store it in a safe place. But what if you didn’t have to write it down? What if there were a virtually failsafe means of committing those words to memory, enabling you to recall them at a moment’s notice? As it happens, there is. It’s called a memory palace and, with a little practice, it provides an effective means of developing an unforgettable wallet seed.
