In May this year Switzerland was named the most blockchain-friendly country in Europe by the Blockchain Conference Europe 2018. So, what would be the most blockchain-friendly country in Asia? Japan? Singapore? South Korea? I dream of times when various countries would compete for the title. I don't know, maybe the competition has started already.

By launching the new plan, Won-soon plans to make Seoul "the hub of a blockchain industry ecosystem."

Anyway, it's heartwarming to see that such high-ranking people as a mayor of Seoul have such a positive attitude towards blockchain technologies.
