Good. That's some great news for all of us. I really feel happy when superpowers country gets new crypto adoption. The more people adopt, the more difficult it becomes for ban.

Don't let others control your BTC -> self custody
I like the idea, we need more businesses like this one, especially that apart from beer they serve free advertising.  Smiley
I'd like to one day be able to leave my wallet at home and go shopping with only my crypto wallet in hand. That said, we're still far from a moment when people will prefer to spend BTC and not fiat. The majority of bitcoiners spend cash every day and hold or trade their coins.

Canary Wharf is the financial capital of London so it's a good place to open a hip new bar. However, bankers get paid in cash so they will probably spend in cash, also brexit might turn Canary Wharf into a desert, but good to see more places accept bitcoin as payment

I don't know who you're labeling as "bankers" but the bar target public is hipsters and that is quite a stretch from bankers.
Besides, people that work in the banking sector are not the ones doing transactions in cash, and especially people fooling around Canary Warf. You won't see millionaires packing hundreds of bills in their wallets, cards are the usual payment method they use.

Besides, the bar is going to be cashless.

A bar is a typical commerce we need to see Bitcoin adopted. The commerces we use for our daily needs. Unfortunately, the article is not mentioning what it will use to accept payments, it could interesting to know. Still a good use case of Bitcoin. Perhaps another bar more general will follow in London.

They will most likely use centbee as a payment gateway.

Yes its a good use case for crypto and its worth to note that according to the article the bar might be owned or co-owned by James Watt. The guy is pretty much in the bar and beer scene and I can say that he might be a good influencer if they started to accepts bitcoin or crypto in general.

He even raised £26.2 million for their brewery in Columbus, OHIO. (https://www.brewdog.com/equityforpunks)
