What I find odd about this is that the entirety of UK government 'regulation' so far consists of a couple of pages from the tax man about how it should be taxed. That's it as far as I can tell. There's never been a hint of any dedicated legislation as in other countries.
And since our crypto market is entirely home brewed and only just starting to resemble more together countries, there ain't much to break at present.
